Yayla Çorbası (Yogurt Soup with Rice): Boil 1/2 cup rice until soft. Whisk 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp flour, and 1 egg yolk. Temper the mixture with soup water, add to the pot, and boil. Serve with melted butter and dried mint.

Etli Taze Fasulye (Green Beans with Beef): Sauté 300g cubed beef with onions. Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and 500g fresh green beans. Add hot water and simmer until tender.

Bulgur Pilavı (Bulgur Pilaf): Sauté chopped onions in butter and oil. Add 2 cups bulgur, 2.5 cups hot water, and salt. Cook until the water is absorbed.

Cacık (Cucumber Yogurt Dip): Grate 2 cucumbers. Mix with 1 cup yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, and a little water. Serve cold.

Revani (Semolina Cake in Syrup): Whisk 2 eggs and 1 cup sugar. Mix in 1 cup each of semolina, yogurt, and flour, plus baking powder. Bake at 180°C. Pour cold syrup (sugar and water) over the warm cake.
