I would like to return the goods I purchased. What shall I do? 

You can return the goods within 7 days of delivery  without indicating any cause (except for the items identified in the distance sales contract)

As you return the goods, please include all of the original packaging and accessories. Furthermore, please fill the back of the invoice (white copy) and send back both the white and blue copy of the invoice to

For domestic (within Turkey) shipments, you can contact Sürat Kargo and send packages with them (the shipment costs will be paid by Sefamerve if it is only sent by Sürat Kargo and shall be told to Sürat Kargo). For international shipments, the shipment costs are covered by the Buyer.

 

Did you receive my returned goods? When will my refund be done?

 

Once we receive your returned goods, we will contact you via phone (if not accessible via phone, we will send you message via SMS and/or e-mail)

 

Once your refund is approved, we will send you an e-mail notification and refund your money. If you made your payment at the delivery time, we will need your IBAN and name related to the IBAN for refund. In case of credit cards, it may take some time for the amount to be reflected on your account.

 

We make all refunds within 3 to 5 days.

 

Other Returns

 

In the case of international shipments, we can only cover the shipment costs if there is a problem with the goods received. In any case, we urge our international customers to contact us before returning any goods as shipments between countries take time and we may often find alternative solutions that will please our customers.

 

In case there is a problem with the products (due to production), you can return them within one month time frame. As it is in other return situations, invoices shall be returned in full and products shall be returned with their original packaging.

 

How can I cancel my order?

 

On our website, please go to the upper right hand side and click on Orders. In that page, you can cancel your orders.

We cannot change goods at sefamerve.com due to the limited time of the campaigns.
