Light and Fit Ramadan Iftar Menu
A healthy and light Iftar menu for the 22nd day of Ramadan. Guilt-free recipes: Creamy zucchini soup (dairy-free), baked salmon with vegetables, and sugar-free chia pudding.
 
 
Zucchini Soup (Cream-Free & Silky Texture)
 
Method: Sauté diced onion in olive oil. Add chopped zucchini and one small potato (for natural thickness). Pour in 4 cups of hot water and simmer for 20 mins. Blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh dill.
 
 
Baked Salmon with Seasonal Vegetables
 
Method: Place julienned carrots, zucchini, and bell peppers on a baking sheet. Top with salmon fillets. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins. High protein, heart-friendly.
 
 
Sugar-Free Chia Fruit Cup
 
Method: Mix 1 cup of milk (or almond milk) with 2 tbsp chia seeds. Let it rest for 1 hour until it reaches a pudding consistency. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries for natural sweetness.
