Where are the Sefamerve stores?

We have no stores in Turkey. You can see all our products in our website. Order safely with confidence with the credit card or payement at the door option (only if you are living in Turkey for this second option).

Is it safe to order on your website?

Our website uses 128 bit SSL certificate that provides safety for your informations. Card information which is used during the buying process is efficient. Your informations will definitely not be shared with anyone

Do you do wholesale?

We're just making retail sales on our website Sefamerve.com. We do not have any of our stores or branches. Therefore We have not store , branches,dealership,representative

Do you have Sefamerve product catalog?

We are sending Sa'y magazine for every order as a catalog.

How can I order?

Add products that you want to buy to your basket by clicking "Add chart" button. After completing the products, click the "buy button".
 
If you do not log in, you will see the register page. if you have a facebook account, you can easily log in by clicking the "connect via Facebook'' button. if you have a already registered account with your e-mail , you can log in by clicking "login button" via e-mail and password that you already defined while you are registering.
 
If you do not register before and you do not have a facebook account, you can easily register by clicking "Register Now'' button with your e-mail address.  You have to fill your address information after login process. You have to select a payment method after completing address information. Please follow these pages step by step until the seeing "order completed " text.

How can I change my address?

Changes in already registered accounts can made only by our call center. If you are not made order from payment page , By the clicking "Change The Shipping Address" button and By add the new address, you can complete your order. If you want to change after completing your order, From order tracking section cancel your order, you will need to re-order with the correct address. You can change it by taking help from our call center.

There are more products in my basket What should I do?

After downloading the amount of product, Please click the ''Update Cart'' button.To remove the item from your cart at the beginning of the product tick the box "Remove from Cart" button you can click.

Is the product I like available in your stock?

All our stock is available on our website. Other than that, we do not have any stock. 

My size is not available now. How can i know when it will be available?

We can not promise about information concerning the future of Product.  You can follow from our Facebook page. Even If you members  , we are sending mail to you about products

What size should I get?

You can order which size you have normally. if it does not fit on you, we accept return or change if you send back to us with its bill.

Am I able to combine my order?

If your order does not wrap, your orders combine and you do not pay plus shipping cost but if you select the same adress and payment method .

When completing your order It will be asked to sign in. If you are not yet a member,  You can easily start membership by clicking the button "Register with Facebook" or " Sign Up Now ! "

Is memmership free?

Sefamerve.com's membership is completely free.

Do I have to be a member?

To be a member is important. Because To be able to track your order. We are not charged any fees for membership.

How can I cancel my order?

If you order are not ship yet, You can cancel from ''Order tracking'' section . If Your order is shipped to you. You can send back to us within 14 days

I'm in Turkey, How can I return a product that was bought?

 

If you want to give back any product regardless of any reason , You are able to send back to us as from the day of delivery within 14 days. ( the time of return is 24 hours for Evening dress ) The packaging or the box of the returned product with its standard accesories must be precisely undamaged and completed in the returned packaging, and also the ability to be sold again must be protected (not renovation,unpolluted,etc..)

There is a " Returned Request Form" on the backside of the white copies of the bill that reached you,By submitting this form, you can send your package us as reverse charge via Sürat shipping company. İf you use the other shipping company , the charge of shipping belongs to you. After  you sent your returned package  you should store or keep in mind  the ship  code that received from shipping company.  The code information may be  requested  when it requires

 

Return/ exchange process is started when  the returned product was reached us and the process is completed within 3-5 days. İf you request exchange of the product , exchange process is began immediately if the item exists. İf the product is not available in our store, we will  give you information concerning this fact , your Money  will be refund 

 

Exchange process  can be available only for Turkey ,you are able to demand  to exchange  the  different size of the same product  or the same price of the product  within the same campaign.

When you made purchase via Bank or debit card , Refunding of your order will be refunded  to the same bank/ debit card account.İf your order is paying at the door, we need to 26 digit Iban number for refunding.  You must submit your iban number  via  Request form. 

I'm in abroad, How can I return a product that was bought?

Turkish iban starts with TR and includes 26 digit numbers. You can get more detailed information from any atm or your bank

My product is defective, What should I do?

We are applying quality control testing as  Sefamerve. But we can not control all of product and may be a problem as supplier welded . In this instance you can send the product.

Next We will refund and exchange.For more information about return operations, you can look to from section ''  How can I return a product I was bought '' 

I don't have a bank account so I paid my order at the door so how can I get the refund?

You can open an account to yourself from any bank branch. We can only load refund to your IBAN number.

How long is the return time?

I returned the product, How can I get money?

Your payment will be made on your card.  You have to tell the IBAN for pay at the door. After your return is approved, we will refund money. To inform you, we will send you a message or mail about the refund.

If you live in Abroad , When sending us your package  ,Please write the İade/Return on your packet to avoid problem.

I can not see the amount of money that you refunded to my account. What should I do?

This problem is related to the your bank. Your bank may not refund money to your account. You can see the refunding process from next month account transactions or from internet banking. Still, if you can not see the refunded amount of money , owner of the card can get information from your bank's chargeback-exchange unit.

How much is the shipping cost?

Our turkey shipping cost is  4.90 TL. However, If you order with payment at the door, in addition to, cost charged plus 3TL for the payment at door service. 

Our abroad shipping cost is starting from 6,90 €. According to weight and country is changing.

 France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark,  Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, England, Cyprus, free shipping over 100 €

Does the delivery is made for weekends and public holidays?

Saturday delivery rarely is made. Sunday and public holidays delivery can not be made.

When I was not at home, my order was reached to home, what should I do now?

Shipping company delivers your package to the adress that you defined.İf you are not at such address, shipping company leaves a text card that tells you that you can get your package from our nearest branch.If you do not get your package within 3 days, the package goes back. You can track your package from order tracking page.

I live in abroad, Do you have pay at the door?

Pay at the door is only available in Turkey.  In all countries have paypal and credit card and bank transfer.There are other payment options available in some countries

How Can I use my gift points?

You can see your points from the My Account section. When you order your points will automatically be deducted from the total amount. Defined points are for single use.
