Where are the Sefamerve stores?

We have no stores in Turkey. You can see all of our products in our website and order safely by using your credit card or paying cash at the door option (the second option is valid only in Turkey.)

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Our website uses 128 bit SSL certificate that provides safety for your information. You can be 100% sure that any card information used while shopping is not recorded and shared with any third parties.

Do you wholesale?

We're just making retail sales on our website, Sefamerve.com. We do not have any stores, branches, dealers or representatives.

Do you have a Sefamerve product catalog?

As a catalog, we are sending a monthly magazine Sefamerve Sa'y Dergi for every order (for free).

How can I order a product?

Please, add products that you want to buy to your basket by clicking "Add to cart" button. After choosing the products, click the "buy" button.
 
If you do not log in, you will see the register page. If you have a Facebook account, you can easily log in by clicking the "connect via Facebook'' button. if you have already registered with your e-mail , you can log in by clicking "login" button and entering your e-mail and password that you have already defined while you are registering.
 
If you haven't registered before and you do not have a Facebook account, you can easily register by clicking "Register Now'' button with your e-mail address.  Next, you have to fill your address information and after that you have to select a payment option.
 
Please follow these processes step by step until you see the "order completed " text.

 

How can I order with a phone?

Please take notes of the name, code and size of the product you want to order. Next you can call us from this number 0850 221 30 40 between 10:00-19:00 on weekdays and Saturdays and you can easily order any product you want. 

You are charged with a similar call fee as the one when calling a land line or a local line.

Can I order with a mobile phone or a tablet PC?

Sefamerve also has mobile applications for smart phones. You can dowload these applications from this link ; http://www.sefamerve.com/mobil/ and install them on your smart phones or tablets. (We have two applications: one for Android and one for Iphones or IPads). After installing these applicaions, you can register and order any product you want.

How can I change my address information?

Changes in already registered accounts can only be made through the help of  our call center. If you haven't ordered any product on the payment page , by clicking the "Change The Shipping Address" button, you can enter your address and complete your shopping. If you want to change your address informaton after you have completed your shopping, you can cancel your orders from the 'My Orders' section and you can re-order with your correct address information. You can also change your address information by calling our call center.

 

There are more products in my basket than I have chosen. What should I do?

When you are on the 'My Cart' section, there is a 'Quantity' part and by clicking on it you can increase or decrese the quantity of the product you want to purchase. If you want to remove completely from your cart, there is an 'X' sign on the rightmost of the product you have chosen and by clicking on it, you can remove the product from your cart. 

Is the product I like available in your stock?

You can see all the products in our stock. Other than that, we do not have any stock. 

The size I want is not available now. How can I know when it will be available?

We cannot promise that a product will be available all the time but we update our stocks on a regular basis. You can follow stock updates both on our Facebook page and on our website. In addition, if you register on our website, you will be informed about our products via e-mail. 

What size should I get?

You can order which size you normally wear. If it does not fit you, you can return or change the product by sending it back with its bill.

I live outside Turkey. Are the body sizes of TR the same here?

Can I make one package by combining my orders?

If your orders are not yet wrapped, by entering the same address information and choosing the same payment option, you form one single package and by this way, you won't pay extra shipping fee.

How can I be a member?

When you are completing your order, you are asked to log in. If you are not yet a member, you can easily be a member by clicking on the "Connect with Facebook" and "Register" buttons on the main page.

Is memmership free?

Membership to Sefamerve.com is completely free.

Do I have to be a member?

Being a member is necessary both for you and us to be able to track your orders. You are not charged with anything for being a member.

I do not use an e-mail account. How can I create one?

If you do not have an e-mail account, you can create a yandex e-mail account by clicking on this link:  http://passport.yandex.com.tr/registration/ and order any product on our website safely.

How can I cancel my order?

If you order is not yet sent by cargo, you can cancel your order from ''Order tracking'' section . If your order has already been sent to you but you want to cancel it,  you can send it back to us within 14 days after you have received the product.

I live in Turkey, How can I return a product that I have already purchased?

If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours).
 
The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).
 
On the back side of the bill that you receive is 'Return Form'. You can fill this form and send the product back to us with Sürat Cargo. For Sürat Cargo, we are responsible for the shipping cost but for other cargo firms, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Before we receive the returned product, we cannot do anything.
 
After sending the product back, you have to keep the code that you are given by the cargo firm. If necessary, we can claim it from you.
 
As soon as we get the product, return/exchange process is begun and within 5-7 business days, the whole process is completed. If you have demanded an exhange and if we have the product in our stocks, the process continues; however, if we don't have the product in our stocks, you'll get a refund.
 
Product exchange process can only be valid in Turkey and you can demand a different size of the same product or another product with the same price that you have already paid.
 
You get the refund to the credit card or bank card with which you have completed your payment. If you have used the 'paying at the door' option, you have to indicate your IBAN (26 digit number starting with TR) on the 'Return Form'. 
 
 

I live outside Turkey. How can I return a product that I have already purchased?

If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours).

You should write a petition including your name, surname, order code, your reason for returning the product, address information and your signature. After that, you should send the product and the petition back to this address: Sefamerve, Yeşilce Mah. Çelik Sok. No: 43 Kat: 2 PK: 34418 Seyrantepe/ Şişli/ İstanbul (you are responsible for the shipping cost). It is obligatory to write 'Return Product' on your package and also tell this information to the cargo personnel in charge; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for any tax or extra charge.
 
After sending the product back, you have to keep the code that you are given by the cargo firm. If necessary, we can claim it from you.
 
As soon as we get the product, return/exchange process is begun and within 5-7 business days, the whole process is completed. Product exchange process is only valid in Turkey.
 
 
 
 
 

How can I learn my IBAN number?

IBAN is 26 digit number starting with TR and it defines your bank account. You can learn this number from your account book, ATMs and call center of your bank.

The product I have purchased is defective. What should I do?

We are applying comprehensive quality control tests on our products. Since we don't have the chance to control each product, you may face with a problem stemming from the supplier. In this case, you can send the product within the allotted time limits for returns and after necessary controls, you can get a refund or you can exchange your product with another one within stock limits. For more information about the return processes, please see "How can I return a product?" section.

I don't have a bank account and I have used 'paying at the door' option. How can I get the refund?

You can apply to a bank to open a bank account. We can send the refund only to your bank account.

Within how many days should I return a product that I have purchased?

If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it. (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours.)

How can I get the refund?

You get the refund to the credit card or bank card with which you completed your payment. If you used the 'paying at the door' option, you have to indicate your IBAN (26 digit number starting with TR) on the 'Refund Form'. After your request is confirmed, you'll get the refund within 3-5 days and also you'll receive both an e-mail and an SMS about the process.

Which address should I return my product?

You can return a "problem" product to: "Yeşilce mah.Çelik sok.No:43 kat:2 PK:34418 Seyrantepe\Şişli İSTANBUL - Türkiye" 

If you live in Turkey , you can send it easily with Sürat Kargo.

If you live outside Turkey, when returning your package, please write  "İade/Return" on your package to avoid any potential problem or tell this information to the cargo personnel in charge.

I can not see the money you have refunded to my credit card account. What should I do?

This problem is related to your bank. Your bank may not reflect that amount to your current balance. You may see the refunded money in your next month's credit card transactions or in your online banking account. If you still cannot see it, you can contact with your bank's call center and demand information about the related problem.

How much is the shipping cost?

Our shipping cost in Turkey is  4.90 TL. However, if you order with 'paying at the door' option, you are charged with extra 3 TL. For orders that cost 100 TL or more, you are not charged with any shipping cost. 

For other countries, minimum shipping cost is 6.90 € but it can change according to the weight of your package and the country you want your orders to be delivered to. After completing your shopping, by choosing your country and clicking on 'Kargo Hesapla' button, you can learn the shipping cost for your order. For countries like France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, England and Cyprus, you are not charged with any shipping cost for packages that cost 100 € or more.

When will my orders be delivered?

The length of lead time (the time between your order and delivery) depends on the address you want your orders to be delivered to. For central districts, deliveries are completed within 3 days (on average) by Sürat Kargo and for small towns and villages, deliveries are completed within a week by PTT Kargo.

95% of the time, Sefamerve ships your orders by cargo within 24 hours. In Turkey, orders from cities and districts that are 800 km far from İstanbul are delivered between 24-48 hours and orders made from places that are more than 800 km far from İstanbul are delivered between 48-72 hours. 

Orders from countries other than Turkey are delivered  within 10-15 days on average.

How can I track my orders from the countries other than Turkey?

After your orders are approved, a mail including an order tracking number will be delivered to you. By using this number, you can track your package.

Do you deliver packages on the weekends and official public holidays?

Packages can rarely be delivered on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays and official public holidays.

When I was not at home, my order was reached to my address, what should I do now?

Shipping company delivers your package to the adress you defined.If you are not at that address, shipping company leaves a text card telling you that you can get your package from their nearest branch. If you do not get your package within 3 days in that branch, the package goes back. You can track your package from order tracking page.

I live outside Turkey. Do you have the 'paying at the door' option?

'Paying at the door' option is available only in Turkey. For purchases from other countries, you can pay via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer; in adition, we have other payment alternatives for our customers from specific countries. Also, below payment options will be presented to you according to the country you want your orders to be delivered to.

How can I use my bonus points?

You earn bonus points from your purchases and you can use them for your future shoppings. You can see your points from the My Account section. When you order a product, your points will automatically be deducted from the total amount that you are supposed to pay. Defined points are for single use. If you return a product, your points will be cancelled and the amount you have paid is refunded to you.

What are the payment options?

For your purchases in Turkey, you can complete your payments either by paying at the door or via credit card. For purchases from other countries, you can pay via credit card, Paypal and bank transfer; in addition, we have other payment alternatives for our customers from specific countries. Also, below payment options will be presented to you according to the country which you want your orders to be delivered to.

What are the installment options?

For Bonus and Card Finans credit cards, we have interest-free monthy installment option over a period of 3 months for each purchase that costs 100 TL or above.

If you had mistakenly changed the currency earlier, on top of the main page, there is a flag symbol at the right side of the 'sefamerve' logo. Please, click on it and choose TL. If you cannot see the TL symbol, it might be because of the VPN program that you have in your computer. While completing your order, add your current address in Turkey and the currency will automatically become TL.
